  1. Wardle was about the only player to play the ball with his foot and got done for an incorrect PTB. The PTB clampdown is unique in rugby league history. It's the only one that never even made it to the first game of the season.
  2. I would imagine it's because Matautia's offence was graded as Grade B and and Satae's at Grade C. The wording of the detail of the charge is identical in both cases though. I'm guessing that's why Hull are challenging the length of the ban. https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/hull-fc-chris-satae-ban-3833864
  3. Couldn't agree more, mate. You're just wondering when the vocals are going to kick in.
  4. Just been to see The Personal History of David Copperfield. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
  5. Probably It's where most has beans end up.
  6. I dread to think what their rider consisted of.
  7. Like it. Leslie West of Mountain once released a solo album entitled The Great Fatsby.
  8. Even allowing for the "cordon sanitaire" at the north end of the east stand it had me wondering how you would have got another 5,000 in. Maybe a few were missed due to the "technical issues" with the turnstiles.
  9. Best build up to a game at the KCOM ever, fantastic atmosphere and one of the best derbies in a long time. Even the match day programme is back! Now to get the beers in and watch it all over again.
  10. Similar to the explanation I read or heard somewhere. The trading post on the River Hull that developed into the port was known simply by the name of the river. By the time King Edward I granted the town its royal charter the use of that name was already well established and the locals, as is their wont, simply ignored the change.
  11. Wouldn't really know but I do like the bonus tracks, especially "Starbreaker".
  12. Brian May loves a jam. He pops up all over the place.
  13. Slade on Stage is an absolute belter of a live album too. They absolutely let rip.
  14. "We are Motorhead and we are gonna clean your clock" Fantastic performance, I played the DVD to death.
  15. Now that is good. I also like the post-Wilko "As It Happens" live album. AC/DC's "If you want blood" would be another one for my list.
  16. The "Live Sh*t: Binge & Purge" collection is very good, especially the set from the Damaged Justice tour.
  17. Superb album. Lemmy also features on one of the other truly great live albums, Hawkwind's Space Ritual.
  18. Two of my favourites right there. It's Alive is one of the few live albums that really captures a band in their pomp.
