dont think you can say JC & Jymel are inexperienced. what they do have is experience. I suspect given a vastly reduced budget JC is the ideal man for the job, however this isnt the Broncos we have been used to seeing. this is more like a top L1 bottom championship set up and budget now. the academy and scholarship probably needs to be taken from them now and run centrally. it is the jewel in the crown and cant be risked. it would take an age to get back and a fortune.
