  1. It's been points difference all season but the RFL have only just realised!!!! The RFL Match centre is absolutely useless. Often this year on the results pages the scorers listed don't add up to the actual score!
  2. Confusing. According to Fev's official twitter page Briscoe is in the squad but Thomas Lacans isn't.
  3. Liam Finn set the new world record for consecutive successful goal kicks at Keighley on June 14, 2012. Premier Sports and the Keighley fans couldn't understand why the Fev fans were cheering the goals more than the tries!
  4. Greetings to our friends in Bradford Every week of the season fevnut writes a blog that includes his ‘musings’ column. Although it is primarily about Fev (obviously) fans of our opposition teams have enjoyed taking a look. This week we look back at our match against Keighley and then go on (prompted by our game at Newcastle Thunder on September 9th) to take a look at the teams against whom we have a 100% winning record and also those who have a 100% winning record against us. We had a think about whether to go to Odsal this Sunday and explain our decision and why we made it. Access the article by using the link below and then by using the links on the left-hand side of the page (by clicking on ‘Archive’) you can find all sorts of information pertinent to the match coming up on Sunday, including pages about the current Bradford squad and players who have played for both clubs and another about the history of matches between Bradford and Fev. Hoping to see some of you on Sunday. https://fevnut.blogspot.com/2023/08/fevnuts-musings-202327-keighley-100.html

  8. Greetings to our friends in Keighley Every week of the season fevnut writes a blog that includes his ‘musings’ column. Although it is primarily about Fev (obviously) fans of our opposition teams have enjoyed taking a look. This week we look forward to our match against Keighley as well as looking back to an encounter with them 34 years ago. We found the teamsheet for Doncaster away at Workington at the end of July and we tell you about it because it has particular relevance to Fev fans. Last week we wrote about the change we wanted to see in our style of play at Sheffield after the change in our head coach so this week we write about how we felt when we watched the match. 12. Greetings to our friends in Sheffield Every week of the season fevnut writes a blog that includes his ‘musings’ column. Although it is primarily about Fev (obviously) fans of our opposition teams have enjoyed taking a look. This week we take a look at Fev’s recent record in games against Sheffield and also delve into the huge difference between the clubs as far as consistency of coaching goes. We also write about the experience of watching the three games from Wembley last Saturday and reveal the situation Fev are in with regard to the League Leader’s Shield. We thought about whether to comment on the departure of Sean Long and his replacement with James Ford. We decided, in the main, to hold fire on that one until we have seen at least a couple of matches with James in charge, but nevertheless we do put forward one area in which we hope he changes our style in order to make the best use of our players. Access the article by using the link below and then by using the links on the left-hand side of the page (by clicking on ‘Archive’) you can find all sorts of information pertinent to the match coming up on Sunday, including pages about the current Barrow squad and players who have played for both clubs and another about the history of matches between Barrow and Fev.
