Just came to post this myself. I haven't seen anything official but I've heard it from a couple of people who don't tend to spread unsubstantiated rumours. All our problems are obviously not just down to him, but I think its the right decision on the whole. We haven't improved in one single aspect. In fact we've gone backwards in most areas. I always liked and respected Tomy Smith, and I still do. It was probably the wrong job at the wrong time for him. I hope his legacy isn't too dented by his time at our basket case of a club.

I hope Smith doesn't drop him because of his defence. He needs to bulk up and work on that side of his game, and he will continue to be targeted, but almost everything we did well in attack came through him. Moy also looked very confident and assured and I'd like to see more from him. If it was up to me I'd drop a few more of them and the likes of Litten, Balmforth and Jebson would be involved aswell.

If I thought it was going to bring about proper change, I'd happily see Huddersfield score 150. But nothing will change unfortunately.

Tbf we are normally just a bit disappointing. We promise a lot and then finish 8th or something. We've never been close to being in a relegation battle. We have never been anything like as bad as this.

Charles reminds me of when a 17 year old Richard Horne was our best player.

Looks like Charles will start at 7 and Brown at 9, which should immediately give us a bit more direction. Win or lose I just want to see us compete for 80 minutes. I'll go Huddersfield by 12

Totally agree. Playing Brown at 9 and Charles at 7 isn't going to solve all our problems overnight, but we looked noticeably more organised and purposeful with them there. I just hope Smith sees it too.

No I'm not. I think the club is rotten to the core, but as I'm sure you know the coach usually bears the brunt. Also, yes we've been rubbish for years, but its been more of a issue with consistency rather than just being outright useless. We have definitely never been this bad!
