As we get ever closer to Wigan Warriors’ return to Betfred Super League action after five months away, we take a look at the stats and facts from the 2020 campaign so far.

Results

  • Round 1: Wigan Warriors 16-10 Warrington Wolves (DW Stadium)

  • Round 2: Castleford Tigers 16-12 Wigan Warriors (Mend-A-Hose Jungle)
  • Round 3: Wigan Warriors 32-10 Toronto Wolfpack (DW Stadium) – Please note this result has been expunged after Toronto withdrew from the Betfred Super League on 20th July. Player stats earned in the game still stand.
  • Round 4: Wigan Warriors 26-12 Hull FC (DW Stadium)
  • Round 5: Huddersfield Giants 10-42 Wigan Warriors (John Smith’s Stadium)
  • Round 6: Wigan Warriors 30-16 Hull KR (DW Stadium)

Player stats 

  • Bevan French, Jackson Hastings, Tommy Leuluai, Willie Isa, Liam Farrell and Morgan Smithies have featured in all seven games so far.
  • Liam Marshall is the top try scorer with five to his name. Bevan French and Jackson Hastings are just behind with four each.

  • Zak Hardaker has the most goals with 23 and the most points with 46.
  • Jackson Hastings has the most assists with eight, while Bevan French is behind him on four.
  • Bevan French is third on the Steve Prescott Man of Steel leaderboard with seven points. Liam Farrell is also in the top ten with six points to his name, while Liam Marshall and Jackson Hastings have five points each.

  • Wigan have scored 30 tries overall in 2020 so far.
