I found this interesting because Cummins is probably my favourite NRL ref because he’s often the most unobtrusive and least fussy . But it’s very noticeable he gets second rate games every week even though he’s the most experienced . I always found that odd , and there’s no doubt there’s a hierarchy in the reffing ranks with the same faces getting the big gigs . It looks cliquey because some of these really aren’t that good . In passing I thought Belinda Sharp and Kasey Badger were both excellent and not over involved and picky , which in general is the biggest negative down there
