class of 63
Needless to say another massive game for us on Sunday - we can win and we need to win - so hopefully we will be travelling in numbers to cheer the lads on - yet another new ground to visit. Wazman
Needless to say another massive game for us on Sunday - we can win and we need to win - so hopefully we will be travelling in numbers to cheer the lads on - yet another new ground to visit.Great win today against Thunder. The forwards in the first half hour dominated their bigger pack and it was Swintons best half of the season. Ackers kicked very well and Lever put some big hits in again. In the backs Hawkyard and Robinson run the ball back strongly and the halves organised well today. In the second half Thunder stepped it up but Swintons defence was good and we scored some excellent tries. Really good performance today, very pleasing. Jackflash
Awesome win today.. Good team performance but well played to a few players who stood out today Robinson, Ackers, Lever and Hawkyard
9102
Great win today. Puts us in abetter place for the play offs. Newcastle were well under par today and equally well beaten by a dominant pack who were well marshalled by the halfbacks, who then created some good space and opportunities for the outside backs. Well worth the journey. Roll on Skolars next week.

Colin James
First 20 minutes was reminiscent of Leeds on Friday night. Ultra aggressive from the pack and total dominance of territory. Mark Mexico is a dangerous player but they had to take him off because he was out on his feet after that opening burst. He could hardly raise his arms to make a tackle. We made a few errors to give them a glimpse but showed composure to see out a thoroughly deserved victory. My favourite match of the season so far. Roadhouse blue
The pack were awesome and the halves with the best performance of the season. Ackers kicking was superb and everyone thrived off it. Got to say the influence of Lever since he came to the Lions this season has galvanised the forwards and his presence and influence to the pack is immense. Really confident we can shake it up now in the playoffs. A great day for the club yesterday
