The reality was we simply weren't good enough to beat the French, they were stronger and faster across the park, credit has to be given for the late, never give up attitude, making the scoreboard look a bit more respectable.

Before anyone else gets the chance the idiot in the middle was, by far the worst referee I have ever seen at Craven Park, and there has been some bad ones.  I'm sure I saw him smirking at members of the crowd at one point, the French didn't need his help but he was intent there was going to be one winner. 

Disgraceful. :shout:
