Sorry, a bit difficult for me to answer that one. All I can say is that if John Duffy feels we need strengthening in any department he'll get full support from the Board.

Duffy has already brought in cover for the wing or centre in the form of Mat Gardner, 29years old brother of St Helens winger Ade. Mat is 6ft 4ins and 15stone 6ounce and has had plenty of super league experience with Huddersfield amongst others.

We also have Prop Forward / Back Row   Rob Lever from Wigan on loan too.

Gardner joining the Club does seem to have gone through without the usual official welcome to the player.  I believe he is on the photographs taken at the town hall the other day so he must be one of the team.
