  1. Yeah they've been doing shows here and there. Hoping to catch them myself at some point. They're off to Japan for a short tour in november as well. If you haven't heard the album they have put it up in full on their official youtube channel complete with lyrics. I think the album is great although it is different from their previous output. Lyrically it's still very much antisect.
  2. Flux of Pink Indians - Strive to Survive Causing Least Suffering Possible
  3. Animal Farm. It's been over 30 years since I last read it. I'm still amazed how Orwell managed to say so much in relatively few words.
  4. Yeah I know but I'm not complaining. The Crass catalogue is owned by Southern Records so probably down to them. There is a fair bit of old anarcho punk on Spotify now.... Conflict, Subhumans, Flux of Pink Indians etc.
  5. CRASS - Best Before Crass have finally been added on Spotify.
  6. A similar situation happened to my best mate Phil and we rallied around him the best we could to make sure he was ok. Don't be afraid to reach out to friends or ask for help Phil if you need it.
  7. Currently listening to Marillion - FUGAZI on the bus to work. Trying not to sing out loud but I'm struggling to keep quiet lol
  8. Happy! on Netflix. Don't enough know where to start describing this one... Child trafficing, imaginary friend, cop on hard times dark comedy. It's absolutely crazy and brilliant ?
  9. "We all know that the Stanley are going up"
  10. Anyone watching Ghost Wars on Netflix? Really enjoying this. Set in a small town in Alaska where an 'event' as cut the town off from the outside world. Bad enough at that but unfortunately the said 'event' as changed how the ghosts of the recently departed act towards the living. Good stuff.
  11. So little old Accy Stanley beat Luton away yesterday to go top of League 2. Pinch me because I'm starting to believe we're gonna go up which would be unbelievable given our budget and small fanbase!
  12. A serial killer, nicknamed 'La Mante' decides to collaborate with the police when a string of murders that copycat her style suddenly appear. Finished watching this at the weekend on Netflix. Comes highly recommended from me. Very strong finish. Subtitles.
  13. Altered Carbon feels like I'm watching a cut scene in a game.
  14. Watched "The Invisible Guardian" on Netflix. Great film about a woman detective who goes back to her home town to track down a serial killer and as to face her own personal demons from her past. Beautifully shot film. Subtitled. Also would recommend 'The Frozen Dead' on Netflix. A short series (5 episodes) that starts with the decapitation of a horse and leads a detective back to confront his past as the realisation that an imprisoned serial killer (that he put behind bars) is somehow involved in a new set of murders. Set in magnificent scenery. Subtitled.
