The poorly attended ones were mostly in the heartlands. At least 2013 showed a bit more ambition.

Feel for Jamaica, but the most important thing is getting their name out there and promoting the sport back home and here. They've already produced a player for London Skolars. At least they've given homegrown players a chance as well, the same can't be said for Ireland, Scotland, Lebanon. I just hope the likes of Levi Roots etc stick with them and continue to sponsor them. And promoting the sport to Jamaican heritage in Leeds, London etc can open the sport to a new audience.

Disappointing to see 3 blowouts so far, but RL is a very unforgiving sport.

The problem is the lack of money to travel and only USA and Canada feasible locally. I'd love to see England Knights and France go over for a few tests. I believe this issue is the poor standards of the pitches there though.

Reading is too big. QPR on a Saturday afternoon would've been perfect for Jamaica v NZ.

I hope France do. Every WC Samoa get overhyped and tipped to win it, and every time they're poor. It would be better for the sport for France to win and progress.

The stadium choice was too ambitious. Maybe York or the RFL's favourite stadium Leigh would've been a better choice. I think not having a Jamaica match is London is another RL missed opportunity. Especially the game against NZ, which would draw a bigger crowd than in the heartlands. Too many games on the M62, and not enough new or neutral venues. Unfortunately Jamaica do look out of their depth, but hopefully this will raise awareness for the sport and gain them sponsors to help grow the sport there. Disappointed that Ronan Michael isn't involved at all. You'd think it'd be the perfect level for him.

Anyone else bored of Scotland? I fail to see what they bring to the sport. Well done Italy, at least they gave homegrown players a chance, unlike Scotland. Hope they don't qualify next time and someone else gets a chance.
