Hi Shadow. Am I too late to join the weight chart? If I can join please then this week I weighed 11 stone 6. 72.57 I think? It's still old style scales at the gym. I missed last week's as I was ill but 2 weeks ago I was 11 7 so I've lost 1 pound already. Thanks.

Me too. It's looking bleak now. He was clearly very well thought of in Nantes. It's so sad to think that a decision to move clubs may have cost him his life. It reinforces how fragile life can be. Of course also we never know how many times we have escaped it. Very tragic.

It was one visit for me also but I am just building back up again. I think Damien' s point is good in that it's important to go even when we don't feel up to it. Your gym is a good incentive.

I did my hour at the gym. 5"9 and 11 stone 7 today.

You looked very young in your photo ☺ Tomorrow is my second time back at the gym after 3 months so I will do an hour. It's helpful reading about what everyone else is doing and a lot less stressful contributing to this thread than the Brexit one too☺

First rant. I called to cancel my Yorkshire bank signature part of my account which is £13 a month extra. The call has taken 20 minutes already. They insist on going through every difference to the normal account. Fortunately they called me back. Now I have to go through another 10 minutes to set up back to the normal account.

I agree with you. The Scotland v Israel game was a fantastic match. Both sides knew it was their best chance for years of securing a play off spot. It was so competitive and close. I've watched a lot of the games and really enjoyed them.

Sterling plays a lot better for Man City. However Leroy Sane had a great game for Germany tonight. He seemed to play more central left forward than winger.
