  1. I would imagine they will be out Friday evening
  2. West hull have made some strong signing, I’m hearing Harry Tyson Wilson is one
  3. Even if this is the case there are 7/8 clubs who expressed an interest in joining so they could easily be replaced
  4. Has everyone seen the nominees? Premier Division, Hunslet Club Parkside pair Jamie Bradley and Jamie Fields, fresh from a record-breaking title charge, go up against Egremont Rangers' Kieran Glenn and Daniel Hirst from Underbank Rangers. In Division 1, Thornhill Trojans' Danny Ratcliffe, Craig Savage from Lock Lane and Leigh Miners Rangers' Jack Reynolds are the contenders. Division 2: crossfields' Hayden James, Gareth Morgan from Saddleworth Rangers and Liam Copland of Stanningley. And in Division 3, Lewis Poskitt from Beverley, Blain Marwood from Barrow Island and Millom's Ethan Kelly are up for the Award do we agree or has anyone been unlucky to miss out. West hull are unlucky to have a player in there, Ryan steen or Ryan Wilson maybe. Locally I think dewsbury danny Thomas unlucky in division 3.
  5. When we played against them in the yml we were told the nucleus of the squad was from one age group that all played together at beverley braves, believe they will be 23/24 now
  6. The beverley team I saw this season only had 3/4 new players from their yml team
  7. Cumbria have announced their squad; I think 12 were supplied from ncl clubs. Seen nothing from Yorkshire or lancashire
  8. How do you rate the standard of the pennine compared to yml & ncl
  9. Not all players are eligible for barla though
  10. Completely agree, when both the tri counties and Fiji tour are overseen by barla aswell; doesn’t look good! Could they of played the tri counties at the start next year perhaps? in regards to the Cumbria squad there are plenty of teams neither mind players I’m not aware of!
  11. Have any of the squads been named yet? Should be interesting with all counties missing players due to the Fiji tour
  12. When we played there last year it was on the leisure centre; very good changing rooms and pitch overlooked by the potting shed pub which was outstanding. Pitch was on the small side but they tick more boxes than some in the ncl
  13. Heard today that the NCL were happy with both visits to the clubs in question; especially Beverley. I expect to see them both members of the NCL come 2018.
  14. Final is siddal v beverley this Saturday. went to watch siddal thought they looked very quick against east hull; outstanding win for beverley beating the previously unbeaten Batley outfit. Looking forward to it
  15. Hoping more sides can field a team games once winter leagues are over. Did Myton A manage to get another fixture at short notice? The 24-0 fixtures do affect the forty20 cup more than league fixtures as ultimately it's decided on points difference
