Horrendous performance from us think there was only Forber and Gillam that can come out of that with their heads held high. The touch judge on the popular side kept turning and grinning at the fans when things went against us, coincidentally the same one that caused issues with Barrow at Widnes. I understand that officiating is a tough job but I'm getting sick of games being ruined by officials when we pay good money to watch rugby.

After the first 10 minutes brilliant today. Thought Clarke and Smith in particular were outstanding! Given me a good bit of hope going into the season

Smith 15. Clarke/Emslie 16. Silva 17. Walker Very very strong squad hopefully we can hit the ground running!

Looking forward to the game with town. Won't be heading to Whitehaven the week after though after the behaviour of some of their fans the last few times we've played them.

Cresta said there's a surprise package for tomorrow that has been training. I hope it's not Liam Harrison, as fantastic as he was for us he's now 40 and been out the game for a few years

One thing I noticed today is Brett playing 9 in the final 10. We got away with it today as the game was done but what is going on with Saunders for him not to play especially in a crunch match like today, the lad never lets us down when he plays either

Massive result would like to see the jam go down after their fans performance at our place but looks like it's between Keighley and Swinton. Win next week and that's us secured again for next season

Brand was the only player that seem to make any yards today and looked busy. Tom Wilko was constantly looking for offloads but nobody backing him up. The less said about Sammut the better, get Jackson back in next week
