can someone remove the dust from stylus? maybe season tickets have not been released yet due to BOD not decided on what it will cost to get into games next season which factors like central funding will have had a bearing on this and only been released this week by RFL , so anyone to blame is RFL for dragging their feet , yes other clubs have released prices before this news and maybe they can afford to take an hit, where as Kev and the BOD have already said there is a deficit from last season and working all areas to improve this and yes its not the news us fans wanted to hear but give them the time to sort it all out and then sure season tickets will then be on sale once they know the pricing in what us fans will have to pay to go through the gate.

yes linners did ask for more players but if you look at last update from Kev the coffers were bare due to tenner in not bringing in as many as was needed, yes we took a fantastic following down to Wembley , if we only had half that number turn up to each game i'm sure we would be in a healthier place and signing more players but who is to say we haven't but just not announced them.

i think you will find most signings have been all done and dusted weeks ago, just not been announced thats all

like a stuck record, its getting boring now. As others have stated Kev and BOD are most probably on holiday hence not much info coming out, i'm sure most signings and resignings have been done but just not announced yet, lets worry if needed once all have has been announced . Its the same every off season so why expect anything different .Also the make up of the 2 leagues championship and champ 1 could still all change yet which could mean a different strategy re playing budget if it goes back to 1 league depending on who we would play as you know RFL can change things overnight as a 8 team championship 1 is not viable unless they played each other 3 or 4 times then that gets stale and chance of more clubs going to the wall

can we not wait till all signings are announced before we make any judgement , Phildog you keep harking on about finances, do you know how much it costs to run the club as in tax , utility bills , essential maintenance etc before paying players contracts and match payments or do you want BOD to do a Newcastle and spend money that's not there and then have no club to support, yes would love to see big name signings playing for the club , but even that doesn't guarantee success just ask Fev supporters who fell at 2nd to last fence in trying to reach the so called golden land of SL

but on the minus side war chest pot wont be getting added to, but you are right in what you say about difference in revenue between us and other clubs and its not for the lack of trying by the BOD, if we could get home gates of all those that were at Wembley and we would be laughing. In all my time of watching Batley, we have never been a rich club and spending beyond our means except for that time just after we got the sky money and that nearly took them a one way street to poverty if Kev and others hadn't have stepped in to steady the ship.
