<p>The Club Doncaster Foundation offers unique Education courses for young people post 16 to be part of, where students not only get the opportunity to study, but also  be a part of the Doncaster Rovers and the Doncaster RLFC Academies.</p>

<p>Teaming up with both Rovers and the Dons, the training and playing programme runs alongside the learners academic qualifications, with additional training up to 10 hours each week on top of full-time study, giving those with a passion for football and rugby league the opportunity to play the sport alongside gaining a pathway to university.</p>

<p>The Club Doncaster Foundation offers full time courses at Levels 2 and 3 where students obtain valuable skills for gaining employment and up to 420 UCAS points offering pathway to university.  </p>

<p>In addition to the academies, students also have access to a benefits package. This package includes; A Doncaster Rovers FC and the Doncaster Rugby League season ticket, the chance to visit France on our football tour for Summer 2016, free outward bound residential trip, specialist extra-curricular football and rugby training by ex DRFC pro's Jan Budtz and Tim Ryan and Dons first team coach Paul Cooke, DRFC and the Dons Player visits and training sessions, opportunity to be ball boys and girls on DRFC match day’s throughout the season, the opportunity to play on the first team pitch and finally a free student hooded top and a reduced training kit package.</p>

<p>Former BTEC Sport Level 3 student Brad McFadden said: "Doncaster Rovers Education Foundation have a great set of staff who are always helpful and supportive with the course. </p>

<p>“It's amazing working with coaches and waking up and putting the badge on from two great sports teams in Doncaster.</p>

<p>“The course has been a life changing experience for me. Last year I went to the Philippines on a volunteering trip and this summer we are heading to France as part of our European football tour. I really believe that I can now progress my career because of the great opportunities that studying here has given me. It’s more than just education."</p>

<p>The Education Foundation oversaw 170 learners through a range of nationally recognised qualifications in 2014 alone, and has picked up prestigious awards for excellence in education.</p>

<p>There are no course fees for any of our programmes, however there are entry requirements for some courses.  Places are limited and people interested in applying must do so by applying online.</p>
