Stand-off Jordan Howden has agreed a new deal with the Dons for the 2019 campaign.

The 22-year-old played 21 times in all competitions this season, scoring seven tries in the process.

He said: “I’m excited that we’ve got the deal over the line, it was always in my mind that I wanted to stay here.

“All the lads have been a part of me progressing as a player and I want to be here to give something back in Kyle Kesik’s testimonial in 2019.

“I’ve had plenty of game time and avoided injury which was my biggest aim, and now I want to push on and help the team challenge for promotion.”
