The Dons have signed forward Ryan Dixon on a deal for the 2019 campaign.

Dixon has been on trial with the club from amateur side Toll Bar, and has impressed head coach Richard Horne in the friendly games so far.

Dixon said: “I’m very pleased, I’m really thankful for the opportunity the club are giving me to show what I can do this season.

“The training and gym work isn’t something I’m used to so it’s been really good, the boys have all welcomed me into the group.

“Rich wants me to play how I’ve been playing in the friendly games, I’m already noticing more improvements every week.”
