Don't you think these emerging Nations, Competitions and Clubs is an uncanny phenomenon? Its just occurred to me they might be saying, ''don't help us, stay out of the way''. It seems to be growing much faster in Eastern Europe than in Scotland, Ireland and Wales (and England for that matter) or is it my imagination?
