Wigan Warriors are pleased to announce an expanded partnership with SJ Specialist Cars ahead of the Club’s return to Betfred Super League action on Sunday.

SJ Specialist Cars, a Wigan-based prestige car dealership, joined the Club as an Official Partner ahead of the 2020 season, occupying the right breast of the first team playing shirts.

Following the unfortunate demise of Specialist Leisure Group, the SJ Specialist Cars logo will now appear on the reverse of the home and away playing shirts, taking the positions previously occupied by Shearings and Sporting Breaks for the remainder of the 2021 season.

Wigan Warriors Executive Director, Kris Radlinski, said: “Firstly, it is important to place on record our sympathies to everyone who was affected by the unfortunate demise of Specialist Leisure Group, an iconic Wigan-based company who had been valued partners of Wigan Warriors for several years.

“We are incredibly grateful to SJ Specialist Cars who, despite facing challenges of their own during the past few months, have stepped up to expand their partnership, demonstrating unwavering support to the Club during this testing period.

“After what has been an incredibly difficult few months for all concerned, we are looking forward to getting back on the field on Sunday which should provide a shot in the arm for our loyal supporters and partners.”
