Kear eyes Rhinos tie

John Kear would like to welcome Leeds Rhinos to Odsal in the last 16 of the Challenge Cup after his side beat Featherstone Rovers in a thrilling comeback yesterday.

The Bulls were down 26-8 but somehow came back to level it and take the game to golden point. Jordan Lilley was then on hand to kick the winning field goal sending the Bulls into the hat for the next round.

“Leeds at home next would fill the ground and would be a money-spinner for the club.

“It’s the magic of this competition. What a game.

“I didn’t think we would give them an 18-point head start. For 65 minutes Featherstone were the better team.

“The comeback is a testament to the spirit in the group. It just shows that we have got a bit of momentum.”
