I was reading about Tommy haughey signing for Hunslet (their collection of ex fev lads is now up to 8) and was wondering which clubs some other 2009 departures got fixed up with. Anyone heard about...

Joe Hirst

These we know....

Sean Hesketh Batley
Matt Handforth Doncaster
Joe McLocklan York
Tommy Haughey Hunslet

Waine Pryce was at the game last Sunday with his family. He has no club at the moment.

Think i saw Andy Kirk in Quest in Wakefield last saturday, if not it was a bang on lookalike, looked 3 sheets to the wind so if it was him surely if he was at a club he wouldnt be in that state

They were on decent wedges at Rovers Mark which would have been hard to match elsewhere.

Shame we couldn't come to some arrangement with Pryce, thought he came on leaps and bounds and you can't knock his experience. Thought Steel and Pryce on either wing was one of the best outside Super League.

Thought Kirk improved too

Pryce and Kirk dont have clubs. Ive a feeling they are probably overrating themselves and their worth. Kirk in particular wont attract anywhere near what he was on at Fev so he will probably not play again.

It was good to see him down supporting the lads. Fair play to him, there must be no bad blood between him and the club.

UP THE ROVERS!

Twenty minutes before a gig, he dons the suit and walks out as though he's on his way to a caning from the headmaster, Except its Angus that does the whipping!!

More likely to jump in the car with Tommy and turn out for Hunslet, if they signed him as well they will nearly have a starting 13 of our old boys biggrin.gif
