Wow, I am impressed. I could not find one fault by any player throughout the entire game. I have never seen a Hornets outfit so fit this early, play the ball so fast, run so hard, pass so well and the discipline was second to none. Thanks to everyone of you for such an entertaining game. I must also thank the town lads who in fairness have not had the time together that the Hornets boys have had, but they never gave up, and special mention has to go to Mr Evergreen Chris Hough, he has lost none of his enthusiasm and guile, well played Chris.

Can't wait for the season to start, and looking forward to St Helens a week on Friday.

A really encouraging performance,66-0! you have to be well pleased with that.Seeing as it was very cold and wet, to throw the ball about like we did is even more pleasing.Well played boys!!
