Adamson and Middlehurst stick with Crusaders

The second row partnership of Toby Adamson and Gary Middlehurst will stay intact at North Wales Crusaders for 2014 after both players signed contract extensions with the club. Both played a vital role in Crusaders' double success last term - forming a lethal partnership - and will be just as important when the Championship campaign comes around.
