Half Time Report: Australia 34 Fiji 0

Australia totally dominated the scoring in the second semi-final of the 2013 Rugby League World Cup at Wembley.

Jarryd Hayne grabbed two tries as the Kangaroos crossed the Fijian line six times in the first half.

A Johnathan Thurston show and go got the scoresheet ticking over on nine minutes, Thurston kicking the first of five conversions.

Darius Boyd scored Australian’s second try shortly after Greg Bird’s effort had been ruled out and then Cooper Cronk sprinted over from an amazing pass from Hayne on the touchline.

Wes Naiqama was placed on report for a tackle on Bird, Hayne then grabbing his first score on 22 minutes.

Josh Papalii crossed for the fifth Kangaroo try, bursting through the middle of the Fijians before Hayne crossed right on half time.
