Hull FC have given winger Fetuli Talanoa a new contract until the end of the 2015 season, after boss Lee Radford hailed him as one of the best wingers in Super League.
Talanoa has been impressive for the Black and Whites so far in 2014, and his one-year extension is just rewards for that form. Radford hailed the winger as an “asset”, after he featured in every single Super League match for FC this season.
“I thought Fetuli was outstanding against Warrington on Friday night and we want that form to continue,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.
“I don’t think there’s a better winger in the competition who’s better at finding you a ruck win when he’s returning the ball.
“He’s been outstanding for us and been a real asset and great to have around the place. We just hope his form, as it has done all year consistently for us, continues.
“He’s the type of bloke you want to get your sets rolling and he’s a winger that your forwards appreciate.”
