Manuokafoa: I want to be playing top flight

Bradford prop forward Manase Manuokafoa is on the lookout for another Super League club after the Bulls were officially relegated from the top flight on Sunday.

The 29-year-old, who signed from Parramatta Eels in 2012, is yet to speak to any rival clubs but is keen to get the ball rolling so he and his family can make the necessary arrangements. Although his main aim is to carry on in the top tier, he hasn’t ruled out staying with the Odsal club.

“I will explore every avenue with my agent going forward but right now I’m not sure where I’ll be next season,” he told the Telegraph and Argus.

“I’d like to get it sorted soon because I don’t want to leave it too late as I have a family to consider.

“I still want to be playing in the top flight but I’ve not had any other offers from Super League clubs yet.

“I’ve not ruled out staying at the Bulls – I can’t rule anything out – but hopefully I can get something sorted in the next couple of weeks.

“The sooner the better really – but I don’t want to be leaving the Bulls after three years on a low. If these are my last few games, I want to go out on a high.”
