League Express columnist Garry Schofield offers his tip for tomorrow night’s play-off clash between Huddersfield Giants and Catalan Dragons…
Catalan will not be going to Huddersfield with any ideas of not winning.
The Giants’ pack has been found out yet again, and the Dragons forwards will be licking their lips because their pack is very good, and this is where Catalan will win the game.
With Thomas Bosc and Morgan Escaré behind them, I think the French are a good tip.

Huddersfield were pathetic against Wigan, and even though Danny Brough will be back, I don’t think they will be able to stop the rot. Their other ballplayers are good, but I don’t think they’ll be able to do enough behind a beaten pack of forwards.
The Dragons were superb at Leeds, and thoroughly deserved to win, despite the nature of the crucial try.

Admittedly Leeds’ Super League form was shot at the end of the season, but even their big names couldn’t pull it out of the fire for them, and for that the Dragons deserved to take all the credit.
And if the Catalans can win at Leeds, they can certainly win at Huddersfield.
