
Hull KR are believed to have signed FC Lezignan hooker John Boudebza, after the French club released a statement indicating the player has agreed a deal at the KC Lightstream Stadium.
There has been no confirmation from Hull KR themselves on the issue, but Lezignan are saying that the hooker as signed a two-year contract at the Super League outfit. Boudebza would replace Josh Hodgson, who is heading for the Canberra Raiders in the NRL.
The statement, which was issued on Lezignan’s website on Wednesday, says the player will link up with fellow Frenchman Kevin Larroyer at the Rovers, having previously played with clubs such as UTC and Pia before joining Lezignan.
