Bradford Bulls have passed another substantial season ticket milestone, with sales of memberships for their 2015 Championship campaign passing the 1,500 barrier.
The club have set themselves a target of 4,000 sales before the new season gets underway in February, and managing director Steve Ferres insists the club are on track to achieve that with a Christmas rush incoming – saying the club are now looking forward with huge optimism.
“Sales are progressing very well and we’re happy with the way things are going,” Ferres said.
“We’re quietly confident of getting to where we want to be – 4,000 is the target and, if we continue at the rate we are doing now, that should be achievable.”
Ferres also believes that people now realize that the Bulls are moving forward as a club rather than backwards, and says all the club’s previous problems are well and truly behind them.
“We’ve turned the ship round and we’re setting a course to take the club into the next era. It’s fair to say that the problems are behind us now and we’re only looking forward.
“I think people are aware that the momentum-swing has changed and the landscape looks better than it did six months ago.”
