Former New South Wales and Australia half-back Todd Carney has finally arrived in the south of France after completing his move to Catalans Dragons.
The 28-year-old, who had his NRL registration revoked for poor behaviour earlier this year, landed in Perpignan yesterday afternoon and met the press this morning.
