Luke is widely regarded as one of the greatest hookers in Rugby League. He has made a career of creating havoc around the ruck with his blistering pace and unlocking the sternest defences with his passing abilities. With the most international experience in the New Zealand squad Luke will captain the Kiwis in this series and will have a big influence on which team ends the series victorious.
2. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck

He has been described as ‘one in a generation’, Tuivasa-Sheck is a freak of an athlete and the type of player that can conjure up a play of pure brilliance anywhere across the pitch. He scored twice in New Zealand’s World Cup semi-final victory over England back in 2013 and scored 11 tries in this year’s NRL. He will undoubtedly be the player who catches the eye of most spectators new to Rugby League, and if he is provided with enough service he could end up with a catalogue of tries.
3. Kodi Nikorima

Club: Brisbane Broncos
Position: Utility

It’s been an incredible year for the youngster Nikorima. Having only made his debut for the Broncos in March, Nikomora has set the NRL alight and produced a number of impressive displays to warrant his place in the New Zealand squad. He comes into the series as an unknown quantity on these shores, but following an impressive display against Leeds, Nikorima could be a breakout star in this young New Zealand star.
4. Jesse Bromwich

Club: Melbourne Storm
Position: Prop
Test appearances: 15
Despite being just 26, Jesse Bromwich has had a career to envy already. A Golden Boot and Dally M nominee, Bromwich won Melbourne’s 2014 Player of the Year award ahead of massive names such as Cameron Smith and Billy Slater. A real powerhouse in a formidable pack, Bromwich has a key role to play against an aggressive pack. His clash with fellow NRL star James Graham in the front row isn’t one to miss.
5. Martin Taupau 
Age: 25
Club: Manly Sea Eagles
Position: Loose-forward
Test appearances: 7
Manly’s newest signing, Taupau is as recognisable for his hair as he is the chaos he leaves out on the pitch. A typically explosive New Zealand forward, he is touted by many as one of the best forwards in Rugby League today. England’s pack is undoubtedly talented, but they’ll have to be at their best to overcome to likes of Taupau
