Batley Bulldogs are waiting for a visa clearance on potential new signing Chris Ulugia.
The threequarter spent time on loan with the club from Bradford in 2015 and is now set to make that move permanent.
Bulldogs coach John Kear said: “We’re just waiting for the visa clearance with the RFL to be completed.
“We feel that all the paperwork has been done correctly and we are now just waiting on the ratification.”
The move will be financed by Bulldogs supporters group BISSA.
