David Taylor was one of the numerous players picked out for praise by Catalans head coach Laurent Frayssinous following victory over Salford.
Catalans picked up their third away win of the season as they overcame the Red Devils.
In his post-match press conference, Frayssinous brought up Taylor for praise after he played almost the entire match at centre following injury to Justin Horo.
“David was excellent and is a very good player with the ball as well as in defence,” said Frayssinous.
“Eloi Pelissier, Greg Mounis and Remi Casty carried off from where they left off at Huddersfield five days ago.”
The Catalans chief shared his delight after seeing his team win on the road again, having traditionally struggled away from home for years.
“Our attitude and commitment were very good and it seems we have now found a way to win away from home.”
