Catalans Dragons will be without their captain Remi Casty after he suffered fractured rib cartilage in the club’s win on Easter Monday.
Casty picked up the knock during the 41-22 win against Castleford, a result which helped them up into the top four of Super League following the Easter period.
And Dragons head coach Laurent Frayssinous confirmed the injury lay-off, but backed his captain to come back stronger.
Frayssinous said: “It’s obviously bad news for him but also for the team. Since his return, Rémi was improving week in week out and produced some great performances on the last games.
“But I know him and I’m sure he will come back stronger.”
