There’s plenty of Open Age amateur Rugby League action on offer throughout the land tomorrow.
The Rugby Football League will each week highlight several options for the grass roots enthusiast to enjoy.

MK Wolves v Southend Spartans

Sausages, cider and Rugby League… Milton Keynes is the place to be on Saturday!
MK Wolves take on Southend Spartans in a clash which could decide either side’s title ambitions in 2016.
MK sit two points and a place behind their visitors on Saturday, having played a game less than the Spartans. A win could see them close to within a point of league leaders and East RL Vase winners, Kings Lynn Black Knights.
Aside from the on-field action, the game sits in the middle of the annual Milton Keynes Sausage and Cider Festival, which runs from 12pm until 10pm.

Barrow Island v Walney Central

Amongst another busy weekend of Rugby League in Cumbria, this second against third clash stands out.
Hosts Barrow are second in the Cumbria Men’s League after ten rounds, while Walney are level on points with the home side this weekend having played two games less.
A win could put Central within four points of runaway leaders, Distington, while a win for Island will see their title hopes receive a real boost.

Though the Conference Challenge Trophy quarter finals take centre stage in the NCL this weekend, there are still battles to be had across the league.
In the Premier Division, Lock Lane, who were the last-surviving community club in this year’s Ladbrokes Challenge Cup, have endured a tough start to 2016 and sit just a place above relegation trouble, while third-placed Miners are amongst the title hunt.
But this trans-Pennine derby looks set to be a classic affair as two of the division’s heavyweights go head to head for the first time this year.
Birmingham Bulldogs v South Birmingham Hawks

In the Midlands Men’s South League, a big derby match sees Birmingham’s two Rugby League clubs go head to head.
Both sides prop up the division, with the Hawks bottom of the table without a win in 2016, but a derby triumph could just be the kick start they need with four games left of the season.
Last time they met, a 48-point thriller took place.
