Huddersfield Giants have confirmed Simon Woolford as the club's new head coach on a two-and-a-half year contract.
Woolford, who enjoyed a playing career in the NRL with Canberra and St George Illawarra Dragons, beat off competition from the likes of David Kidwell to get the job.
