Catalans Dragons have announced the signing of Matt Whitley on a two-year deal from Widnes Vikings, as first revealed on TotalRL.com on Thursday.
The promising back-row forward is currently down under with the England Knights on their tour of Papua New Guinea and is thrilled to be joining the current holders of the Challenge Cup.
