THE BARLA National Youth Cups at Under 18, Under 16 and Under 14 level will climax at Featherstone’s Millennium Stadium on Sunday, June 22.
A date of Sunday, March 2 has been confirmed for the first rounds, and teams have been given a deadline of Saturday, February 15 to lodge entries.
The cost is £5 per team for those clubs who are not members of BARLA (the fee for membership is £12.50, which secures National Cup entry for all age groups, including open age).
Entry forms are available to download from the BARLA website. Completed forms should be emailed to barlanationalcups@gmail.com and, on receipt of payment, teams will be placed in their respective age groups.
BARLA chair Sue Taylor said: “We are pleased to announce that our Youth and Junior National Cups will be going ahead this year.
“A lot of hard work has taken place behind the scenes with the Youth Playing Leagues and the Rugby Football League and I would like to thank all parties for us getting to where we are today.”
