LOCK LANE’S historic Challenge Cup tie against Hull KR will take place at Craven Park.
With an 8pm kick-off time on Friday 6 February, the Castleford-based amateur side will travel to East Yorkshire, despite being drawn at home against the Challenge Cup holders.
The National Conference Division One side have played at the professional stage of the Challenge cup on 21 occasions.
In 1970, the club almost caused an upset in the Challenge Cup against Huddersfield at Fartown in a narrow 15–10 defeat and have qualified for the third round of the Challenge Cup on eight successive occasions between 1995 and 2002.
