NORTH WALES CRUSADERS coach Mike Grady is seeking some stability after a brutal start to his second spell in charge.
The club have relaunched after a mid-season insolvency event, with Grady leading a hastily-assembled and still-evolving squad.
Crusaders have suffered heavy defeats by London Broncos, Whitehaven and Halifax in Grady’s first three games, and he said: “We’re trying to get bodies in.
“It’s been tough, but hopefully in the next week or two we’ll have some new players, which means more competition for places.
“That will up everyone’s performance and keep everyone on their toes.
“We want to establish a settled side and we want a settled spine. That’s what people talk about.”
