Catalans Dragons v Hull FC preview and 21-man squads

CATALANS DRAGONS head coach John Cartwright has made three changes to the squad that went down to reigning Super League champions Hull KR last Thursday.

Mickael Goudemand has been given the green light by the medical staff and could make his first appearance since returning to the club in June following a spell in Australia, where he featured for Newcastle Knights’ reserves team in the New South Wales Cup.

Romain Navarrete and Edenn Rogers-Smith are also set to return from injury. They replace Wakefield Trinity-bound Zac Lipowicz plus Lenny Marc and Tevita Satae in the squad.

Interim Hull FC head coach Andy Last has made two changes to the squad that lost at home to Castleford Tigers last Friday.

Cade Cust drops out with a shoulder injury and Lennon Clark misses the trip to Perpignan, but Tom Briscoe is back in the 21-man squad following back spasms last week. Ben Johnson also comes into the squad.

It’s Hull’s first encounter with their former coach Cartwright since his acrimonious departure from the club in April.
