BRADFORD BULLS have released Brandon Douglas from the remainder of his contract in order to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
The 29-year-old prop joined the Bulls from Halifax Panthers ahead of the 2026 Super League campaign, but was limited to just six appearances, scoring his only try in his penultimate appearance against Hull KR in April.
It was hoped that short-term loans to both Batley Bulldogs and Halifax – for whom he had previously registered over 50 appearances – would provide the forward with regular game time.
However he featured just once for each club, with an ongoing knee injury ultimately cutting his season short.
Bradford said of Douglas’ exit: “From everyone at the Bulls, we’d like to thank ‘Dougie’ for his efforts in the red, amber and black, and wish him the best of luck for his future endeavours.”
