Wingers Kieran Gill and Jy Hitchcox grabbed two tries apiece as the Tigers completely outplayed the rudderless Robins, who remain 11th.
It was over after 20 minutes as Greg Eden, Gill, Alex Foster and Matt Cook scored to put Cas 22-0 up.
Ryan Shaw responded for the Robins, but Michael Shenton scored a superb team try for a 28-6 half-time advantage.
Gill would score his second after the break and Hitchcox his brace, with Shaw and Chris Clarkson responding for Tim Sheens’ side.
