Charnley hat-trick adds to Huddersfield woe

Josh Charnley scored his tenth try in six games as Warrington brushed aside Huddersfield 38-4.

An eighth straight victory for Steve Price’s side saw them rarely get past second gear, but still overcome a Giants side riddled with injuries.

Warrington’s back three of Charnley, Stefan Ratchford and Tom Lineham opened up a 14-4 half-time lead, with Darnell McIntosh scoring for the Giants.

But the second-half was one-way traffic. Charnley complete his hat-trick, Ratchford bagged a second while Harvey Livett and Joe Philbin got in on the act to secure the win.
