Then the Rovers began to live with the pace.The fans got behind them and had it not been for a couple of near misses and a ref looking after super league policy the Rovers could well have finished closer than they actually did.

To be honest I don't blame Fax its the RL THATS THE JOKE (Along with Iestyn Harris of course for comments on the super league show) Its obvious that after Widnes and Toulouse get into super league , the door will be closed. All clubs in our league should release outlandish attendance figures if its only to p#ss the RL jokesters off.

Why are people nit picking on where and when the trophy should be paraded. I bet they'd all be stood in Station lane if was to be done on a open top bus. Why grumble? Go to both if you are that worried of missing out. Like someone said earlier ,most peopla attending F factor will be locals. Possibly a few Cas and Wakey fans might attend and won't they be envious. Lets stop moaning and being selfish and let the club have the day OR days that it richly deserves.

Am I paranoid or as the 2500 attendance come into play since Fev threatened to go to a grand final? And doesn't it rule out everyone apart from Widnes from ever getting into Super league now that the RFL have been responsible for driving away the support from most championship sides;

Rovers winning the league got a brief mention on "look north" between Leeds winning the semi final and Batley parading the Northern rail cup.

Well done to all the back room staff and players for giving us the fans a great season. Lets top it off and win the GF at Warrington. Emotional scenes at Batley after the hooter. The players and coaching staff deserved the accolade that they received after this hard fought game. Well done also to Batley for a huge effort to topple the championship winners.

According to the Barrow forum only 1122 attended the Crusaders v Harlequins game last night. This is abysmal. They don't meet the criteria of having 2500 speccies but will they be booted out. Or will it be one of our traditional neighbours with a much more healthier fan base?

The next step for sky will be to convince the two rugby codes to come together again and meet half way with the rules to get the big city clubs in one league. It sounds like scaremongering but watch this space.

How come that our stadiums are good enough to host super league clubs in the challenge cup????
