Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

Missus is abandoning the car at work and walking home. Praise has to go out to those who have to turn out in awful conditions. -
Surely, United have had the benefit of clear cut decisions for the opposition going United's way.

I was told that you can be fined for driving a car with snow on the roof! -
I see Fergie is complaining again about a decision not to award a penalty at Spurs. I recall him saying that these decisions even themselves out over a season, unless it's United!

I'm really enjoying Michael Portillo's Continental train journeys. Amazing scenery, loads of historical content and some interesting characters. -

Although aborted at the last minute due to extreme weather conditions, nevertheless Harry's Heroes showed great spirit and guts in preparation to climb Mount Everest. Walking across a ladder perched high over a ravine was scary, especially so as a Sherpa had lost his life just before. I was amazed looking at the lad with one arm use his teeth to help secure the ropes. -

Superb. I have enjoyed Countrywise and a refreshing change from Countryfile. For me, Adam's farm has become a little stale. -

Hi Jon, Did you visit the museums at Ironbridge? I was stationed in Shropshire for four years and loved it. Been back many times since. As well as Ironbridge, I like Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth and Ludlow. -

On my way to work at 5am, I crossed the M58 only to see a pile of vehicles gridlocked through accidents. Taking another route, I found no way through up a hill due to wagons being stuck. Back to the sliproad of the M58, I was then turned away. Having telephoned a work colleague, the few who made it due to living locally have been sent home. I've been told the snow in Skelmersdale is one foot deep anyhow, so that is that. -
Saints dummy spitters Graham and Wilkin

It was mentioned on here by a poster that Briers was very abusive towards officials in a match against Wigan this year, so I reckon Wendall was holidaying in Siberia because there was nothing said. -

First of all, I agree something needs to be done. That said, you always let yourself down by targeing the same players. -

Grand Final: Wigan Warriors v St. Helens

Slept very soundly. Life has its ups and downs and all taken in one's stride. Wigan, on the night, were far superior. That said, if, at the start of Super League, someone had said we would win twelve major trophies, then I would have sent them packing to an institution. Life moves on. -

Wigan's flowing football was a joy to watch. Best side by a country mile and more. As for the Saints, once again they were dire. No spark in the middle of the park and all at sea. Wigan's kicking game was far superior. -
Typical response not mentioning Briers and co.

By the way, certain refs don't know the rules, never mind me. I take it you know every rule off by heart? You could be in line for a Grand final apearance.
