That is an incredible achievement. When I heard that he'd broken a record held by Steve Cram I just assumed it was one Cram gained at something like 3000 or even 5000 - but 1500!

That said, times overall do get better as time goes on through things like training techniques, nutrition, etc. I don't think Mo Farah would have beaten a Cram, Ovett or Coe in their prime at these sorts of distances.
