Charity Rugby League Game Leeds Nightlife vs Bradford Nightlife

Recommended Posts

In May this year myself and a DJ from Bradford organised a Charity Rugby Game in aid of a young girl called Kendall with an extremley rare type of cancer that needed special treatment.

The Game took place @ Milford Marlins ground in Leeds and was between Leeds Nightlife vs Bradford Nightlife, by nightlife i mean DJs, Event promoters and Bouncers. Despite some players never playing before 20 people turned out for both teams training every week for 2 months prior. 500 supports turned up to watch the game and we raised £2500 for young kendall.

On Friday 13th December we will be hosting an away game in Bradford for Children with Cystic Fibrosis. I'm hoping to have the game at Bradford Dudley Hill. Would love supporters to show up from far and wide for this worthy charity and will also need sponsors for kits and match day programmes. We are expecting a larger crowd and we are also going to be getting coverage and match reports from yorkshire papers including rugby league express.

Here are the photos of the game great standard played with Leeds winning 50-26 https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.290580121078139.1073741849.156463414489811&type=3.

Thanks for reading.

How did this game go on Friday mate? Hope it was a success for you and not least for the young lady involved.

Well done and congrats!

Homer: Facts are meaningless. You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true!

Homer: How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?
