hi just seen that the nw entry league seams to have been missed out any body got any reasons why this has happened

hi i am looking for any advice on how or who i need to contact for information about this league, so if any one can point my in the right area i would be greatful.

The entry league is the entry league there is no need to produce teams and leagues as you play when you can, unless you want to potentially commit to consistent fixtures you can request to go in the Merit League.
